Objectives and competences
Online postgraduate degree of 30 ECTS credits aimed at acquiring the essential theoretical knowledge to be able to attend to a critically ill patient wherever he/she is: ICU, emergencies, and pre-hospital emergencies. It is a multidisciplinary course, intended for healthcare professionals (medicine, nursing).
All aspects related to pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, monitoring, actions, therapy and follow-up in the various pathologies that can affect a critically ill patient are addressed in depth. Lessons are arranged to follow the continuum of patient care.

Diploma holders in nursing, degree holders in medicine and degree holders in other health sciences who have professional experience in care for the critically ill and for emergency patients.Online course, offered and delivered only for participants in Latin America.
Access requirements and conditions
