Talk by the astronaut Franklin Chang-Díaz

The event will include a presentation of the 200 kW test results for the VX-200 rocket prototype and plans for in-space testing in late 2014 on the International Space Station. The talk will end with a debate on private capital structures and the promotion of technological development, and the short-, medium- and long-term commercial applications of new technology.
