Yesterday, Sunday 3 March, the traditional Unirun university race was held, reaching its tenth year. Five thousand participants ran the 5,000 metres along the waterfront in Barcelona's Sant Martí district in the rain, with a time limit of one hour to finish the race.

Yesterday, Sunday 3 March, the traditional Unirun university race was held, reaching its tenth year. Five thousand participants ran the 5,000 metres along the waterfront in Barcelona's Sant Martí district in the rain, with a time limit of one hour to finish the race.
This year, the UB not only consolidated its leadership in terms of the number of registered participants (1,369), but also won the Unirun 2024 Champions Cup for the ninth time. The UB also won in the men's and women's categories. The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Pompeu Fabra University occupied the other two places on the podium.
