This tournament follows the format of the British Parliament (BP), a form of debate in pairs that is the most common in Spanish-speaking tournaments. In addition to the UB, students from the Universitat Politècnica de Valencia (UPV), the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB), the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, the University of Sevilla, the University of Málaga, the University Francisco de Vitoria, the Colegio Mayor Aquinas-Roncalli, ESADE, the Pompeu Fabra University and the University Pontificia Comillas took part.

The winners of this edition of the tournament have been, as open champions, the UB couple formed by Amadeo Gavilano and Olivia Wilk-Berini. Andrea Almiñana and Araceli Latorre from the UPV won the novice champion category. The top open speakers were, in first place, Juan F. Zarza (Comillas); in second place, Amadeo Gavilano (UB) and, in third place, Andreu Garcia (UAB).
