Susana Jiménez, director of the UB's Psychological Services Centre, wins the Sanitarias 2024 Award

The distinction of the Official College of Psychology recognizes professionals who have been associated with the institution for 25 years or more and who have contributed positively to the growth and development of the profession and the image of this corporation.

On the other hand, the Sanitarios Awards, now in their seventh edition, recognize the leadership developed by women in healthcare. From among more than thirty candidates proposed by the Editorial Board of Redacción Médica, a jury has selected Jiménez as a member of the health leaders of 2024.
 

Susana Jiménez is an expert on clinical psychology and an associate professor at the Department of Clinical Sciences of the UB’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. She holds the position of director of the Territorial Mental Health Programme of the South Metropolitan Region and is the faculty director of the UB's Psychological Services Centre, a pioneering centre of reference in the university world for applied research and return to society.
