Exhibition: "Dels laberints de l’ànima a les llums de la ment. Figures clau en la història de la psicologia"

On Friday 26 April, at 12.30 p.m., in the Faculty of Psychology's sala de graus (boardroom), there will be the inauguration of the museum space that will host the exhibition "Dels laberints de l’ànima a les llums de la ment. Figures clau en la història de la psicologia".

This exhibition pays tribute to the pioneers of psychology: it highlights the diversity of thought and experiences that have given rise to our understanding of the human mind. Thanks to the ideas of these pioneers and their diverse studies, methods and discoveries, the late 19th century saw the emergence of what are considered the first psychologists, who analyzed the mind more rigorously and scientifically.

The exhibition is permanent and occupies several floors of the main building of the Faculty. The opening ceremony will be attended by the Rector of the University of Barcelona and Professor of the Department of Social Psychology and Quantitative Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology, Joan Guardia; the Vice-Rector for Culture, Memory and Heritage, Agustí Alcoberro; the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Antonio Solanas, and the exhibition curator and project manager, Marta Ramon.
