Every academic year, the University of Barcelona is the most chosen university as a first option for the new undergraduates. In this video, four students who will begin their studies next course at the UB, talk about the degrees they will study.
Anna Massiques, new student of Biomedical Sciences, says she wants to do her bit “for society” in discovering new drugs. Byron Tovar, who will study Nursing, is glad the UB created a faculty for this discipline. Joel Angulo says he chose the new degree in Geography and Global Change when he saw how these studies had been modernized. And Sophia Anna Zuna-Kratky, who is in love with mathematics, says she enters the university to find a new world.
The four students arrive at the university with a good cut-off mark, tell us why they chose the UB.
