Roudtable: “Orientalismo, 40 años después. Una mirada desde la periferia”
Forty years ago, Edward Said published Orientalism (1978), the book that marked the beginning of postcolonial studies and that entered the cultural studies and feminist theories. This roundtable proposes to debate how this proposal has been read in the outskirts as well as its validity.
