The book Ciència i xocolata, that will be presented by Miquel Àngel Cuevas, professor of Crystallography at the UB, collects the lectures given within the series "Tardes de ciència i xocolata".

The event is part of the opening of the third lecture series "Tardes de ciència i xocolata". Those present will be able to taste some chocolate prepared following a recipe from the 18th century.
