Presentation event chaired by the rector of the UB, Dídac Ramírez, addressed to cooks and journalists, in which the chef Ferran Adrià will describe the Bullipedia project and how cooks can be involved in it, as well as the work of the UB-Bullipedia Unit. Abel Mariné, professor emeritus from the Department of Nutrition and Bromatology and one of the coordinators of the UB-Bullipedia Unit, also participates in the event.
