Programme focused on professionals who work at mixed activity establishments that combine catering services with retail sales of non-perishable products, such as service stations, other spaces or roadside establishments, train stations, airports or similar.
The programme covers the principles of strategic business management with more operational areas such as quality management, the management of customer experience and team management, without overlooking economic and financial analysis to take responsible, ethical and sustainable decisions. In addition, management is addressed from a digital approach.

- Other professionals in business management who need to specialize in areas of catering and the retail trade.
Access requirements: Interview with the course director, and submission of a curriculum vitae and statement of interest.
