Objectives and competences

Professionalisation of the teaching task is one of the responses to the demand for quality and teaching excellence. To be an efficient, effective teacher, a series of competences must be acquired so that the task can be carried out properly. In this regard, the general objective of the master's degree is to start a process of training new teaching staff at the UB that will help them in their professional development. The training model is based on the observation of teaching practice, peer learning and the promotion of reflection, innovation and research on your own teaching practice, with a support system of mentors.
