Objectives and competences
Quality management has evolved into a proactive model: it is necessary to have an understanding of the data of our products. All phases of the drug's life provide us with knowledge that can be identified with appropriate statistical tools. The postgraduate programme gives the tools in a practical way (with the use of a MINITAB license) to learn to optimize processes, to validate, to improve equipment maintenance, to develop products with experimental designs, to know weak points of the system, etc. It represents an advanced level for the technician or industrial quality manager, without having to apply complicated mathematical equations.
