Photocopies (fixed fee)

Black‑and‑white photocopies on request (1 - 40 copies) 0,27 €
Black‑and‑white photocopies on request (from 41 copies onwards) 0,11 €
Colour photocopies on request (1 - 40 copies) 0,52 €
Colour photocopies on request (from 41 copies onwards) 0,37 €

Applicable to requests submitted by persons with a legitimate interest in a procedure, and to information requests made by citizens in paper format or as a copy
(Article 37 of Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance).
 

Digitisation of documents (PDF, JPG, TIFF...) (fixed fee)
Original documents (up to DIN A3) 0,74 €
Original documents (up to DIN A0) 1,28 €​​​​​​​

This fee shall apply when information is requested in digital format but is not available in that format and digitisation is therefore required (for example, consultation of documents or files available only in paper format, such as older records).
