Objectives and competences

Quality management has evolved into a proactive model, in which knowledge must be extracted from product data. All phases of the drug's life provide knowledge that can be identified with the appropriate statistical tools. This postgraduate course provides access to the practical tools (through a Minitab licence) needed to learn how to optimize processes, validate and improve equipment maintenance, develop products with experimental designs, understand system weaknesses, etc. The course provides technicians and industrial quality managers with advanced knowledge without the need to apply complicated mathematical equations.
