There is no doubt that the key differentiating factor in organizations is their talent and people, without whom turning business plans into results would not be possible.
The Expert in People Selection: Attraction, Recruitment and Onboarding course aims to leverage the role of the talent attraction and recruitment area to place it at the centre of the strategy, making the most effective methods, techniques and tools available to the participants and sharing experiences of real company cases from key stakeholders.

Objectives

To gain in-depth knowledge of the strategies, techniques, methods and tools for personnel selection in organizations in order to improve the attraction, management and loyalty of talent.

Recommended applicant profile

University graduates in programmes including some HR-related training, such as psychology, sociology, labour relations, labour law and/or business administration, who have verified experience of at least one year in human resources.
Professionals in human resources who, if they do not have an academic degree related specifically to HR, must be able to verify at least two years' experience working in HR departments.
The master's degree management will conduct a selection process. Applicants must submit an updated CV and Programme Direction may require a personal interview with the candidate. (It is advised that applicants attach a letter of recommendation).

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
