This specialization diploma is based on nationally and internationally developed scientific foundations and theoretical frameworks. It aims to contribute to the rigour required to professionalize the practice and professional role of coaching and offers a comprehensive and extensive overview of the range of existing models in the field of coaching.

Objectives
- Develop various approaches to understanding individual, group and organizational systems.
- Acquire experience in the use of tools and methodologies for ethical practice as a coach in a variety of settings.
- Put into practice with coaches the tools and methodologies studied during the course.
- Know about the origins of the knowledge and tools used in the coaching and personal leadership process.

Recommended applicant profile
- University degree holders: degree or diploma holders of different knowledge areas.- Those in no possession of a university degree: admission to the courses is considered for people assessed as suitable due to their personal and professional background and who have not obtained a previous university qualification; These students will receive a university extension certification issued by the University of Barcelona upon completion of the course.
Access requirements and conditions
