Objectives and competences
This master's degree provides training on planning, managing and assessing the technical and economic viability of facilities, offers skills to promote clean, renewable and endogenous energies and improve energy efficiency by overcoming the technical, legal and administrative barriers that are part of day-to-day professional life. Based on the situation of the sector, the master's degree proposes practical learning supported by teachers who come from the energy industry, engineering firms and consultancies on renewable energies and energy services.

Objectives
- To design and evaluate energy projects from a technical and economic point of view.
- To be able to establish the most adequate energetic criteria used for solving problems that may arise during professional practice.
- Learn the fundamental aspects for the implementation and management of renewable energy installations.
- Be able to economically evaluate energy projects.
- Acquire the knowledge and data to raise awareness in others of the importance of efficient energy use.

Recommended applicant profile
Professionals who wish to professionally develop in the technical field or in management of renewable energy sources, current energy market or efficiency and sustainability, with the following backgrounds:- Technical fields: engineering (industrial, chemical, energy, building, mechanical, agronomic, geological, environmental, materials, etc.) and architecture.
- Scientific fields: graduates in environmental sciences, physics, chemistry, geology, biology or other scientific and technical disciplines.
- Other professional profiles of people who work in energy sector companies.
Access requirements and conditions
