Objectives and competences
The primary objective of this postgraduate course is to provide training for professionals interested in developing their professional careers in either private or institutional settings as it relates to tackling male violence as well as the discomfort often associated with gender and sexuality. To this end, the course is situated at the crossroads between various disciplines: feminist thought, psychoanalysis, education, politics and art. During this course, the aim is to open up a space for conversation between these disciplines in order to undertake a critical reading of these phenomena and gain the necessary skills needed to address them.

Objectives
- To be able to critically read discourses and ideologies that order and sustain the heteropatriarchal system, and to develop alternatives to these ideologies that are fairer and more equitable and cause less segregation.
- To gain the skills required to develop this activity specifically in areas such as the following:
- Individual and group psychotherapeutic care with women, children, adolescents and people with LGTBIQ+.
- Prevention of violence towards women and LGTBIQ-phobic violence.
- Feminist social and community psychology, with an LGTBIQ+ perspective.
- Specific intervention in psychological care in relation to violence towards women, sexual diversity and gender.
