Objectives and competences

This course is intended for engineers who want to expand their knowledge in the areas of finance, business management, project management or entrepreneurship. The programme is taught from a practical point of view, consistently focused on the reality of the labour market, with a particular emphasis on the vision that engineers must have in all aspects of business. All teaching staff are professionals from the various sectors who convey their extensive experience and knowledge to the MBE students.

Objectives

- To complement strictly technical training with business knowledge and gain an overview of marketing, accounting, finances, people management, markets and entrepreneurship.
- With this knowledge, engineers will be able to work in all company departments, increase their range of career opportunities, and be able to compete for positions focused on management, direction and finances.
- Gain a different view of the business that they can apply to new business projects.

Recommended applicant profile

Engineers (industrial, telecommunications, IT, etc.) who wish to expand their strictly technical knowledge, focus their professional career on business management or entrepreneurship, or develop a vision of the business.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
