Objectives and competences
- To acquire a thorough understanding of foot and ankle surgery in a range of pathological situations.
- The possibilities and limitations of foot and ankle surgery are discussed with reference to each of these diseases, and also the possible applications of surgery in diagnosis, procedures and research.
- Examine the principles and practice of these pathologies: indications and contraindications, results, complications and their treatment and techniques in foot and ankle surgery.
- To learn to work with arthroscopic and prosthetic minimally invasive surgery (MIS).
