Objectives and competences
Objectives
- To acquire the ability to take on roles related to supply coordination, stock, distribution and customer service.
- To have the capacity to efficiently manage flows of information and physical materials, including key logistics procedures.
- To become familiar with and be able to apply the principles of lean management and 5S to improve efficiency and quality in the supply chain.
- To gain the ability to manage incidents, returns and other logistic challenges, including the use of key performance indicators.

The course is aimed at those people wish to advance or reinforce their professional careers by undertaking logistics coordination functions in the different areas of the supply chain, procurement, process management, stock management and its optimization as well as for members of distribution departments, logistics operators, transport companies and professionals interested in the field of physical distribution and logistics operations.
