Objectives and competences
This practical course focuses on the design and management of maritime and land transport intermodality that foster the construction of sustainable and efficient logistics networks. The course addresses the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and includes a logistics laboratory, a foreign trade simulator (Port Virtual Lab 4.0) and the optional experience of solving a practical case study in the Port of Barcelona and/or on board a Barcelona-Rome cruise ship where practice is provided in locations where operations are carried out in real time. The course addresses the use of AI and the credits can be recognized for the UB Master's Degree in Logistics and International Trade.

Students or professionals with or without a university degree who wish to acquire skills and practice in the design and construction of sustainable and efficient logistics chains. This is a practical course in which students gain practical experience in places where operations are carried out in real time. The course allows for the recognition of credits from the MOST Management course of the European School of the Port of Barcelona in the microcredential course and in the UB Master's Degree in Logistics and International Trade.Access requirements and conditions
