Objectives and competences

First specialization diploma (of two diplomas: Initiation+Diagnosis) mandatory and leading to take the lifelong learning master's degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Deformities of the HSJD.

Graduates in dentistry or in medicine and surgery specializing in stomatology. All students must be licensed practitioners.

Objectives and competences

Objectives

- To acquire the training required for specialist practice in orthodontics in accordance with EHEA standards (180 credits). The 30-credit, semester-long programme must be completed with the following diploma, Diagnosis in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Deformities (30 credits), and the lifelong learning master's degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Deformities (120 credits).
- To stimulate the flow of communication between patients and their families.
