The objective of this course is to contribute to the employability in public administrations of young people with intellectual disabilities through calls for applications aimed at this population.

Acquire training in the following areas:
- Legal Aspects.
- The rights of citizens in their relationships with the Public Administration.
- Administrative procedures and document management.
- Customer care and interpersonal communication processes.
- Information and communication technologies (ICTs).
- Occupational Hazards: rights and obligations.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

- Have an intellectual disability and the legal status of a person with a disability equal or above 33 %.
- Candidates with Spanish nationality or a certificate of a B2 level in Spanish language.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
