Objectives and competences
One of the emerging professional opportunities for health professionals is in the world of sport. In order to effectively perform their duties, professionals and experts in sports nutrition consultancy require both the technical and cross-disciplinary skills that students acquire in this master's degree. The main aim is to train professionals in the area of sports nutrition with a high degree of expertise so that they can offer a highly qualified professional service.

Objectives
- Acquire the knowledge and skills to create and recommend appropriate diets for sports practice during training, pre-competition, competition and post-competition, taking into account the specific requirements of individual athletes.
- Acquire knowledge and skills necessary to develop and recommend patterns in supplementation and hydration in sports.
