Objectives and competences
In an increasingly interdependent world at regional and global scale, international cooperation projects are of increasing importance. Beyond strategies for governmental cultural diplomacy, many actors decide to participate in networks, jointly produce projects or give their programmes an international dimension. The philosophy of this postgraduate course, focused on respect for the contributions and values of others, is designed to be a benchmark for professionals from Europe, Latin America and other parts of the world in the design of viable cultural cooperation projects.
