Objectives and competences
This diploma programme focuses on the most important aspects of hotel business management. Through subjects such as Operations Management in Accommodation, students will learn about the industry's operational dimension. Students also learn about strategy through subjects such as Marketing Management and Economic and Financial Management. We believe in learning by doing, so that students can apply their knowledge in challenges linked to real cases of the field. In addition, the programme allows participants to develop the professional, personal and interpersonal skills they need to take on leadership roles in the sector.

Objectives
- Provide students with both a general and a specific understanding of the restaurant business, and to furnish them with the necessary skills to manage companies in this sector.
- Gain the knowledge required to adopt positions of team leadership in different areas of accommodation.
- Learn management techniques for different fields associated with the hotel industry that contribute to the implementation of suitable management models for different organizations.
