The figure of the yield manager is increasingly relevant in the efficient management of tourism establishments and accommodation. Adding knowledge of digital marketing and social networks to the skill sets of these professionals means that the market gains global experts, capable of effectively managing the sale of products and services offered by tourist establishments and of developing digital marketing plans and online branding and reputation strategies for their businesses.

Objectives

- To gain the knowledge required to manage the revenue of hotel or tourist accommodation.
- Learn, as a manager of tourist accommodation, how to increase revenue by putting clients and their sensitivity to product and price at the centre of the marketing strategy.
- Integrate the operation of tools required to optimize sales in hotel and tourist establishments for each type of client.
- Establish how to operate the various instruments for managing congestion pricing in the hotel environment.
- Understand the need to implement demand-based pricing techniques to the specific characteristics of each hotel.
- Learn to use tools for managing offer and demand, upselling or sales associated with good sales management in hotels or tourist establishments.
- To receive quality training for professionals in the sector, to update knowledge and adapt to current models of hotel management and revenue.
