Objectives and competences

It's a semi-face-to-face training that combines online theoretical resources using the most innovative digital tools with the support of expert teachers and practical sessions in the CETT's specialized classrooms. The course makes use of a modular structure that allows maximum flexibility, in which the basics of sommelier training are taught together with new knowledge about national wine culture, viticulture, oenology, wine and beverage tasting, wine pairing and wine service.

- Active professionals or with experience in the restaurant industry.
- Professionals in other sectors linked to the food and drink industries.

Admission requirements: An interview with the director of training.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
