Objectives

- To gain a general and specific analytical understanding of the catering business and to acquire the skills to manage companies in this sector.
- To become familiar with the regulations governing the sector and with the latest developments and innovations in restaurant production and technology.
- To acquire the appropriate professional profile to manage companies in the catering sector, including leadership, management, planning and coordination skills.

- This course is also aimed at those who are already working in this sector, but wish to retrain.

Access requirements: An interview with the director of training.

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
