Objectives and competences

This master's degree focuses on providing knowledge of criminal procedural law that may not have been taught or learned during students' bachelor degree studies. Objectives

- Acquiring the specialized knowledge necessary to become a general practitioner of procedural and criminal law.
- For this reason, the most intimate and scientifically recent details of the subject will be taught, which are generally useful for solving practical problems from this broad theoretical base, collecting the best of jurisprudence and doctrine from around the world, including countries with an Anglo-Saxon past.
- To enhance students' professional profiles through the addition of a high-quality advanced specialization diploma to improve their chances of successfully securing a job in the field.
