Objectives and competences

This course equips participants with the knowledge they need to interpret the current environment in which communicators carry out their tasks, taking advantage of the transformation of the consumer to benefit the dissemination of the corporate message. To achieve this, students are provided with a wide range of channels and media that allow them to develop strategies in the fields of social media, public relations and digital marketing. Participants also learn digital campaign analytics techniques that will add value to their professional endeavours and allow them to describe their results to the management team.

Objectives

- Develop the skills required to work on effective communication strategies, using appropriate tools for each channel, adapting to the trends, and selecting the right technology.
- Know how to contextualize the impact of communication on the business model to generate income, and to understand the effect of communication on the business strategy and the company's reputation.
- To ensure solid economic, social and cultural knowledge to develop professional tasks, with a focus on new relational models, innovation, co-creation and collaborative consumption.
- Acquire the resources and knowledge required to analyse, interpret and transform data into valuable information to justify the investment and to offer a clear vision of the fulfilment of the professional's task.
- To know how to align external and internal communication strategies and include employees as influencers for the brand or institution.
-To understand new talent management models and establish selection processes to incorporate people who collaborate in the transformation goals of organizations.

Professionals in the areas of digital communication or digital marketing who wish to deepen their knowledge of management of these channels, within a global strategy (from content planning to dissemination).
Professionals who have an impact on digital transformation processes in their organizations and wish to gain knowledge in the area of communication, engagement and persuasive dissemination of contents, to improve the achievement of their business objectives.
Professionals in the communication field who wish to retrain and adapt to the new challenges of communication and online communication.
Community managers and content or social media experts who wish to improve their professional position in the area of communication and who aspire to acquire a more strategic role.

Access requirements and conditions
