Objectives and competences

The master's degree provides a strategic, innovative vision with leadership capacity and offers technical knowledge to be able to successfully apply a series of changes. To guarantee this, the master's degree trains professionals so that they learn enabling technologies and can apply them to benefit the organization in line with the strategic business plan, and can apply flexible work methods, adapt organizational structures and manage change.

Objectives and competences

Objectives

- To acquire a holistic vision of digital transformation that allows participants to develop skills related to the field and to put them into practice in their own professional environment and to acquire leadership skills in digital transformation processes.
- To acquire a sufficiently broad knowledge base to understand the main areas of action, challenges and approaches before exploring in more detail the topics they consider most relevant to their professional development.
- To apply a practical approach in the examination of real cases of digital transformation and to analyse the digital evolution that has taken place in different sectors as well as new digital operating models that have emerged due to the application of enabling technologies (or enablers).
