Objectives and competences

The operations and supply chain management of a pharmaceutical company involves coordinating all of the activities required to produce a drug and get it to the patient: from the selection of suppliers of active ingredients and other raw materials to distribution to the end customer, including procurement, production and transformation into finished products, maintenance of production facilities and logistics. All these activities, which are essential components of the pharmaceutical industry, are addressed in this course, as well as the management systems without which these activities could not be carried out.
