Objectives and competences
The main objective of this postgraduate course is to train professionals in the duality between function and aesthetics, as many current programmes and courses in aesthetics or cosmetic dentistry do not place sufficient emphasis on the importance of preserving the function of the stomatognathic system. In other words, they prioritize aesthetics over function. This degree insists in acquiring a deeper understanding of the inseparable dyad of function and aesthetics as the basis for appropriate treatment.
