Objectives and competences
This is a state-of-the-art postgraduate course is essentially based on the case study methods and has two main objectives: promote the professional careers of participants and give them tools to obtain more profitability for their real estate investments. Each time the course is offered, some of the subjects are modified to adapt their content to new and changing trends in the real estate market. In recent years, some of the subjects that have been incorporated include: the managing proptech companies, managing coworking and coliving spaces, converting commercial premises into housing, and understanding real estate auctions.

- To acquire the main techniques for selling houses.
- To analyse different ways of managing an association of property owners.
- To study the main forms of land transformation.
- To learn to assess the viability of a real estate development.
- To study the basic types of real estate contracts.
- To understand investment in student residences, residential homes, shopping centres and hotels, etc.

- Real estate consultants and intermediaries.
- Property administrators.

- Any applicant wishing to work in real estate consultancy, administration, promotion and investment.
Access requirements: university degree, diploma or equivalent university qualification (in this case, the participant obtains a master's degree), or experience in real estate activities or an interest in working in real estate.
Access requirements and conditions
