Objectives and competences
The master's degree will equip students with the necessary tools to lead and execute the innovation strategy of any kind of organization, making you a key piece for companies, public bodies and non-profit entities. The programme will help students advance in their professional career, leading to managerial positions. During the course, students will acquire the skills they need to design and develop an innovation plan and to coordinate its professional implementation on a day-to-day basis.

Objectives
- To learn to lead the innovation strategy of an organisation and implement it throughout.
Specific objectives:
- To know how to define the innovation strategy of an organization.
- To be able to lead organizational change towards a culture of innovation.
- To apply specific tools for innovation management.
- To design and coordinate the implementation of an innovation and entrepreneurship project.
- To be able to lead processes of corporate entrepreneurship and the promotion of emerging companies.

Applicant profile and access requirements
Recommended applicant profile
Holders of higher vocational qualifications in science, technology or social science, with at least three years of professional experience.Students will be credited for business experience and basic knowledge of economics and finance.
At least a level B1 in English is required.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment
