Objectives and competences

With a focus on sustainability, which is increasingly linked to business success, this master's degree offers both a practical and managerial point of view in its daily application, as well as an integrative one in the organization as a whole. Only organizations that know how to adapt and adjust their marketing strategies will be able to move forward. With more than 20 editions, this course enables students to detect the best marketing strategies in complex and changing market situations to achieve the established objectives successfully, from discussions, seminars, conferences and other experiential practical activities.

Objectives

- Gain knowledge and skills for the process of strategic decision-making required in professional marketing activity.
- Analyse the processes of change in the macroenvironment, studying sources of information (environment and market) with the aim of planning actions and processes for the marketing plan.
- Apply professional ethics and carry out all procedures in the workplace in a sustainable manner.
- Design marketing strategies while preserving compliance with the SDGs.
- Understand the relevance of consumer behaviour and to create a business model that satisfies consumer needs.
- To analyse the variables that determine marketing campaigns to better suit the consumer, choosing the right suppliers and depending on competition.
- Consider the impact of designing new products based on dialogue with the consumer.
- Define objectives, design strategies, and plan and implement actions consistent with the business plan, to create value for the company.
- To learn to assume leadership responsibilities in organizational settings, demonstrating a capacity for decision-making in the day-to-day management of a marketing/sales department.
- Define and implement the company's strategic marketing and sales plan.
