Objectives and competences
This specialization enables students to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to hold an advanced nursing position in a hospital environment based on the criteria of efficiency, safety and quality. Students become familiar with the hospital environment, its culture, processes and protocols and update their skills in the specificities of each area of hospital care, including the resolution of clinical cases, gamification challenges and a week of practical simulation workshops.

- Graduates or diploma holders in nursing interested in knowing the hospital environment and its specificities to practice there.- Nurses who work in early care or in general practice and want to make a professional change towards the hospital environment.
