Objectives and competences
This master's degree focuses on the skills and competencies that enable both self-direction and the leadership of groups and teams. The programme includes a balance of the professional and personal characteristics of a good group leader that are common to the multiple contexts of application and group intervention. Participants practise these skills by means of a method based on practical experiences and receive continuous feedback.
