Objectives and competences
The objectives of this course are to train self-leadership based on self-knowledge, to be able to identify and enhance group leadership skills, to promote the use and development of effective feedback, to implement relevant changes both personally and professionally and to be able to convey changes from the personal and group level to the organizational level.
