Home hospitalization is a new healthcare model within the health system that requires an increasing integration of complex healthcare processes within the patient's own setting. This healthcare option requires multidisciplinary teams who are specifically trained in the care of acute patients in the home environment. This master's degree seeks to provide fundamental theoretical and practical principles for professionals who are facing this new healthcare model, through theoretical and practical teaching with online courses, practical workshops and hospital practices.

Recommended applicant profile
Graduates and diploma holders in nursing, graduates in medicine and people with other qualifications in health sciences (clinical pharmacologists, nutritionists and physiotherapists).Applicants do not need to have work experience.
Access requirements and conditions
