Scrum is an Agile project management method in which a set of best practices are regularly applied that allow users to work collaboratively as a team and obtain the best possible results from a project. In Scrum, the team makes regular, partial deliveries of the final product, prioritized by the benefit they bring to the recipient of the project.

| Observations: | online learning Synchronous sessions: Friday afternoon: from 18 to 21 p.m. The official Scrum Master exam will take place on Friday from 5 to 7 pm. The programme consists of 20 synchronous hours (+2 additional hours for students who must retake the official exam). |
