Objectives and competences

This course aims to guide participants to internalize the essential techniques and acquire the tools they need to manage conflictive or potentially traumatic situations that may occur in the professional setting.
The course is eminently practical and focuses especially on private security professionals as a group, who, on a daily basis and throughout their professional careers, may experience numerous traumatic situations, such as attacks, accidents involving multiple victims,
violent deaths or catastrophes that cause them an obvious emotional impact.

- Understand the latest concepts and techniques for managing catastrophic risks and emergency situations in public transport settings, and specifically in rail and air contexts.
