The understanding and organizational management of diversity and inclusion (D&I) has become an imperative for the sustainability of organizations, enabling them to access human talent in all its plurality and to build respectful and non-discriminatory work environments. Just as society is diverse, so are the people who work in organizations; therefore, the relevant members of HR management must recognize the dignity of each person and the value that each person brings to the organization and promote heir development.

Access requirements and conditions
