Objectives and competences
This master's degree, which has involved more than 40 recognized professionals in the world of nutrition from various areas of work (university, hospital sector, administration and private companies) and it provides students with theoretical and practical knowledge on the scientific bases of nutrition and the most recent developments and trends in the area, at the same time as it provides the tools required to assess food habits at individual and group scale.

Objectives
- To acquire a theoretical and practical understanding of the scientific principles of nutrition and of current trends in the food and nutrition sectors.
- To assess community eating habits and propose techniques, strategies and intervention models to address specific physiological needs and common illnesses.
