Objectives and competences
The Master's Degree in Renewable Energy Management provides training in planning, management and evaluation of the technical and economic viability of renewable energy facilities. It provides essential knowledge on fostering the use of clean, renewable and endogenous energies and improving energy efficiency by overcoming technical, legal and administrative barriers that are part of everyday professional life. Based on the situation in the sector, the master's degree proposes practical learning supported by teachers who are from the energy industry and engineering firms and consultancies on renewable energies and energy services.

- To design and evaluate energy projects from a technical and economic point of view.
- To be able to study criteria used for solving problems in professional areas of renewable energy.
- To learn the fundamental aspects for the implementation and management of renewable energy installations.

Those who wish to develop professionally in the technical field or in management of renewable energy sources, the current energy market or efficiency and sustainability, with the following backgrounds:- Technical fields: engineering (industrial, chemical, energy, building, mechanical, agronomic, geological, environmental, materials, etc.) and architecture.
- Scientific fields: graduates in environmental sciences, physics, chemistry, geology, biology or other scientific and technical disciplines.
- Other professional profiles of people who work in energy sector companies.
