Objectives and competences
The course Ultrasound in the Critical Patient corresponds to the Critical Care Ultrasound Course (CCUC), designed by the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM), which teaches how to perform and interpret ultrasound examinations in the critical care setting. In the CCUC, participants complete technical skills stations featuring live models and interactive presentations to reinforce key learning points. The combination of theory and practice ensures a meaningful experience for participants.
