Objectives and competences
The 'Agile' concept was born in programari development companies as a response to the need for rapid adaptation in the generation of products aimed at the customer. When this working method is transferred to leaders, it offers possibilities for greater flexibility, the promotion of autonomy, empowerment of teams in decision-making processes, the promotion of collaborative work, continuous improvement processes, etc.
This course prepares you to face the digital transformation in an organization, promote and lead cultural change in an environment as uncertain as the current one, thanks to new management models based on agile methodologies.
